UX mockups in briefs

Migrated standards export a Mockup registry key per UX pattern (for example concept/wallet-discovery) instead of ASCII wireframes. Validate content keys with bun run validate:mockups before shipping pattern changes.

The catalog retains all 146 stable IDs and URLs: 139 numbered proposals and 7 Monad chain guides. Proposal lifecycle status does not apply to chain guides; their JSON records use kind=chain-guide and status=null.
