Content corrections
If a standard has an incorrect status, stale implementation note, broken source link, missing relationship, or misleading UX implication, open an issue or pull request in the public repository. Include the affected URL or standard ID, the current text, the proposed correction, and a primary source such as the official EIP or MIP specification. Reports that separate confirmed facts from interpretation are easiest to review.

Do not send wallet seed phrases, private keys, signing payloads, credentials, or other sensitive information in an email or issue. This reference cannot recover assets, reverse transactions, or provide individualized legal, financial, or security advice.
How to write a useful report
A useful report names the page, explains what you expected to find, describes what happened instead, and points to evidence. For a machine-readable endpoint, include the path, request headers when relevant, response status, content type, and a short body excerpt. For a visual issue, include the viewport and the smallest set of steps that reproduces it. Please remove personal data before submitting screenshots or logs.
